Jon Blasi

Mr. Blasi is an experienced professional in the US Commercial real estate (or US mortgage and finance) industry field with over 40 years of hands-on business practice. Mr. Blasi, who founded US Commercial Mortgage and Investment in 2006, has vast experience throughout the entire business cycle of an investment; from deal origination to post-closing management and repayment , including due diligence, regulatory compliance, and investor relations. He possesses an extensive contact base in the tri-state area with both banks and mortgage companies, public and private. Mr. Blasi was the State of New Jersey campaign manager for a US presidential candidate and a campaign advisor for a US Senator.

George Geringer

Mr. Geringer is a seasoned investment professional with 30 years’ experience managing financial assets while working for top firms in New York City. His responsibilities included financial, legal and tax analysis, capital allocation, debt restructurings, investment selection of debt and equity opportunities, and capital raising Mr. Geringer also led overseas negotiations with shareholders and other creditors, provided liquidity solutions through financial vehicles and represented the Company in Credit Committees. Prior employers include Nomura, Solomon Smith Barney/Citigroup and Mizuho in the areas of corporate finance, private equity, trading and business development. George holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Economics and a Master of Business Administration; he is also fluent in both Spanish and Russian

Matthew Isola

Head of all commercial real estate lending. He possess substantial experience as a Senior Credit Commercial loan officer and Portfolio Manager having worked at regional institutions such as Marine’s Bank, NVE bank and Northern NJ Community Banks.

Daniel Vaccaro

Substantial commercial lending experience, strong credit and underwriting skills developed working at major institution such as Chemical (Chase) NatWest. Led project teams domestically and internationally at Chemical Bank’s Global Risk Management group.
